Firm Profile

Beatham, Bernier, Seekins & Colpritt, CPAs was formed on November 1, 1997 by Peter R. Beatham, Thomas A. Bernier, Lynn M. Seekins, and Gemma E. Colpritt as part of the separation from Loiselle & Beatham, CPAs. Our client base ranges from small- to medium-sized for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. We provide an array of services including bookkeeping, assurance (e.g. audits, reviews, compilations), tax services, litigation support, and management advisory services. In 2001, we built a new office building in Brewer, Maine where primarily all client service functions are performed.

As part of Beatham, Bernier, Seekins, & Colpritt, CPAs' commitment to quality, we participate in the peer review process whereby an outside public accounting firm reviews our system of quality control to insure that we meet the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice as established by the AICPA.
