BBSC CPAs (formerly Beatham, Bernier, Seekins & Colpritt, CPAs) was formed on November 1, 1997 by seasoned business and accounting professionals Peter R. Beatham, Thomas A. Bernier, Lynn M. Seekins, and Gemma E. Colpritt. The entire staff at BBSC is dedicated to serving our client base with the highest quality services and focused guidance throughout the year. We work as our clients’ partner, providing bookkeeping, assurance (reviews and compilations), tax services, and management advisory services. Our core client base includes small, medium and large for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

To ensure that we are consistently offering best-of-breed services to our clients, we also participate in the peer review process. This means that we bring in an outside public accounting firm to review our system of quality control to make sure we meet the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting practice as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
